They were developed especially „robust“, to satisfy small production-tolerances, even under very harsh conditions, like grinding with aggressive grinding-oil, 24h operation or tungston carbide processing. Additionally we continue unceasingly to further develop our machines, to include new technical improvements and suggestions from our customers fast in our products. <br>Two lines of machines are available: <ul type="circle"> <li><b><a href="../e/konventionell.htm" target="_top">Conventional manually controlled: CG Series</a></b></li> <li><b><a href="../e/ncmaschinen.htm" target="_top">NC-controlled versions: CGNC Series</a></b></li> </ul><br>All our machines are equipped with the following features:</b> <br clear="all"><img src="../images/maschinensockel.jpg" width="239" hspace="10" vspace="10" border="0" height="162" alt="Machine Bed" align="left"><br><b>Machine Bed</b><br>The machine bed is made out of best artificially aged MEEHANITE<small><small>®</small></small>-cast-iron and possesses and excellent stiffness. The prism guides are heat treated and precision ground. This results in an extremely low wearout and a high precision. <br clear="all"><img src="../images/druckwaechter.jpg" width="121" hspace="10" vspace="10" border="0" height="159" alt="Hydraulic Pressure Controller" align="right"><br><b>Hydraulic Pressure Controller</b><br>The hydraulic pressure controller is a safety measure for the spindle lubrications. It surveys the oil pressure of the bearings and immediately stops the spindles in case of a pressure drop to prevent any damage to the spindles. <br clear="all"><img src="../images/hydrauliktank.jpg" width="173" hspace="10" vspace="10" border="0" height="162" alt="Hydraulic Tank with Pump" align="left"><br><b>Hydraulic Tank with Pump</b><br>A sensor initiates an error if the oil level is too low. Additionally a thermometer allows an easy check of the temperature. <br clear="all"><img src="../images/hydraulikkuehler.jpg" width="195" hspace="10" vspace="10" border="0" height="162" alt="Hydraulic Cooler" align="right"><br><b>Hydraulic Oil-Cooler</b><br>To keep the temperature even on the whole machine the heat is dissipated in this cooler, which results in less measure fluctuations. <br clear="all"><img src="../images/kuehlwassertank.jpg" width="162" hspace="10" vspace="10" border="0" height="162" alt="Coolant Tank with Pump" align="left"><br><b>Coolant Tank with Pump</b><br>The coolant pump delivers about 40L/min which is suitable for most applications. The coolant is collected in a settling tank and will be pumped back to the machine. <br clear="all"><img src="../images/zentralschmierung.jpg" width="133" hspace="10" vspace="10" border="0" height="159" alt="Central Lubrication System" align="right"><br><b>Central Lubrication System</b><br>To release the user from some burdon, an automatic programmable central lubrication system is mounted. It monitors the pressure and the oil-level and thanks to the piston distributors an exact dosage of every lubricating point is guaranteed. <br clear="all"><img src="../images/lampe.jpg" width="90" hspace="10" vspace="10" border="0" height="180" alt="Lamp" align="left"><br><br><b>Machine Lamp</b><br>An adjustable machine lamp serves for an optimal illumination of the grinding area. </font></td></tr></table> </div></body>
